Aftermath of STGCC

The 3 days STGCC event ended, and finally I've gotten the strength back to update the blog. It has been a very hectic time table for me the past weeks trying to get the comic printed in time and preparing for the event while I’m still continuing working. It’s all worthwhile though as I’ve met a lot of great people (Ok, not a lot since I’m stuck in my own area most of the time…-_-) who are friendly and supportive of local creation.

I would like to thanks my friends here in my blog, who came down and showed support and all whom I first met but showed appreciation of what I’ve tried to do. It is you guys/gals that keeps me continuing the road of comic creation!

I sincerely thank you.

I’ve managed to sneak out from time to time to take some pictures of the event, so hope you enjoy them and give your fullest support!

Project Red Comic Print

YES! FINALLY!

My comic out in print!
The comic is not out yet as the distributor requires some time to put it into the market. Here's a photo as a preview to take a look at the actual book itself.

Project Red First Appearance In STGCC!

It has been confirm, Project Red will make it's first appearance in the STGCC!

SINGAPORE TOYS COMICS AND GAMES CONVENTION

It's nothing fancy, just a small corner in a booth exhibiting the comic book. The book will then later be appearing in the market for sales! NOW I'm really getting excited!

I've heard that many famous artist will be invited over to the event as well! Wonder if I'll have a chance to show them my book... It's abit terrifying now that i think of it...I'll need a bulletproof skin!

Now I have to get myself prepared for the event...(pacing up and down)

Comic Illustration Workshop at NTU

Finally, found some time to upload the blog!

Yep, I recently held a simple 3 session comic illustration workshop for the Visual Arts Society of NTU.

I don't know if it can be considered as a good workshop, since it seems like I'm the one having more fun than the students themselves! (OOP!) But seriously, it has been quite some time since I've conducted such workshops, so listen up you guys/gals who participated! Thanks for the "wonderful" time you've given me and oh yea, you know who you are! Try to distort my beautiful face again, and I'll make sure you know what hell means!

Finally though, I really hope you found the 3 days useful, regardless of pure comic drawing, or for something else. Hope to see you guys/gals again and feel free to keep in contact with me!

First Post

Finally started a blog! And I seriously don't know what to say... Basically I will be uploading up my drawing, news and stuffs over here and hopefully periodically updating the blog with more items in the future.
